Sarah Bly, 57, of Lebanon died Wednesday. She was born to George and Sarah (Galley) Hayes in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Sarah was born in Knoxville, but grew up in Sweet Home. She attended Church of Christ in Sweet Home and enjoyed reading books, going to yard sales, and camping. She was a devoted animal lover.

She is survived by children, Tracy Hayes of Sweet Home, Trena Gallardo and Tim Olson of Lebanon, Angie Winn of Salem, and Shane Olson of Sheridan; step-children, Lloyd Bly and Mike Bly of Sweet Home; siblings, Melvin Hayes, Stella Carpenter, and Rodney Hayes of Sweet Home, Lee Hayes of Ontario, and Dennis Hayes of Hermiston; and 17 grandchildren.

Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Bly, in 2004; sister, Sheri Hayes in 1971; and a granddaughter in 1995.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, March 24th, at Hwy 20 Church of Christ in Sweet Home, Oregon.
