Barbara Ann Brewer, age 73, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2007. She was born on July 3, 1934 in Burlington, Iowa to Leslie and Edna (Minard) Edwards.
Barbara worked as a hairdresser, owning her own shops. She retired to Oregon in 2001 to be close to her daughters and grandchildren.
She enjoyed Home decorating, painting, drawing and crotcheting.
Barbara is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Laura and Laird Adkins of Astoria, OR, Robin and Randy Miller of Hasley, Linda and Guy Cuarter of Burns, OR; sons and daughter-in-law James and Angie Brewer of Anchorage, AK: daughter-in-law Mimi Tolva of Homer, AK; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by son Michael Tolva, brother Edward Edwards, granddaughter Leanne Hill, and grandson Ray Brewer.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. Final interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Astoria, OR. |
