Penny Sue Miller, age 55, of Sweet Home, passed away Tuesday, December 18. She was born in Santa Cruz, California to Wayne and Joan Elliston. She lived in Oregon for the past seven years.
Penny was a Born Again Christian since the age of 10. Her faith in Jesus Christ and her relationship to her God were the most important things in her life. She enjoyed family events, gardening, riding horses, camping and sewing. She had a lifelong love of the beach; especially sunsets. Her favorite daily event was her time of Bible study and prayer.
Penny is survived by her husband, Jeff Miller, of Sweet Home; daughter, Elizabeth Miller, of Sweet Home; son, Nathan Miller, of Cathlamet, Washington; son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Jennifer Miller, of Lebanon; three grandchildren; and her parents.
A service will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 20, at Liberty Cemetery. Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements. |
