| Jeffrey Ray Sisemore, age 52, of Sweet Home passed away Sunday. He was born in Stayton, Oregon to Claude C. and Velma V. (Butler) Sisemore.
Jeffrey lived in Scio and Albany and graduated from Scio High School. He played guitar and was a vocalist.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Kathy; children, Derick and Amanda; grandchildren, Tyler, Raven, and Tanner; and brothers, Jim and Bob.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry.
A memorial service will be at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 17, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel. Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling services.
