| Dorothy Irene Brown, age 91, of Sweet Home passed away Thursday. She was born in Hubbard, Oregon to Wiley E. and Mae Y. (Yoder) Dimick.
Dorothy lived in Oregon all of her life. She loved to cook and was a cook for several restaurants in Linn County.
Dorothy is survived by two daughters, Irene and husband Henry Ramirez of Lebanon and Helen Eichenberger of Sweet Home; granddaughter, Rhonda and husband Ron Nicholas of Lebanon; brothers, Bill and wife Bonnie Dimick, Shorty Dimick, and Dick Dimick, all of Sweet Home; sister, Betty Randolph of Independence; sister-in-law, Emmy Dimick of Sweet Home; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Brown; brothers, George Dimick, Chauncey Dimick, Scotty Dimick, and Harry Dimick; and sister, Mary Ward.
At her request there will be no services.
