| Christopher S. Chase, age 72, of Sweet Home passed away Tuesday. He was born in LaCross, Wisconsin to Warren William and Mary E. (Sutherland) Chase.
He lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan for a while. He was in the Navy and received Good Conduct, Combat Action Ribbon, National Defense, Vietnam Service Medal, and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.
Christopher was a cook for 20 years, locksmith for 7 years and was an OSU cook for 15 years. He loved football.
Christopher is survived by his wife, Mary Jane; sons, Timothy (Lisa) of Sweet Home, William of Auburn, Washington, and Richard of SanDiego, California; and granddaughters, Alexi and Natali.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Skip, and sister, Sue.
