| Carolyn Collins, age 63, of Sweet Home went to be with the Lord Monday. She was born in Santa Monica, California to Robert Louis and Annie Virginia (Roberts) Collins. She grew up in the San Fernando Valley, and then moved to Sweet Home in 1989.
She worked with National Bus in North Hollywood from 1978 to 1989.
Carolyn loved making jewelry and doing crafts. |

Carolyn is survived by her brother, Robert Louis, and sister in love, Anita Collins, of Sweet Home; nephews, Ian and his wife Angie Collins of Sweet Home, Daniel and his wife Candee Forsell Collins of Bend, and Wesley and his wife Daphne Collins of Bend, Oregon; nieces, Mara Collins of Seattle, Washington and Lisa Collins of Sweet Home; two great nephews; and eight great nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Louis Collins, in 1994 and mother, Annie Virginia Collins, in 2007.
A memorial service will be at 12:00 noon, Saturday, January 31, at Sweet Home Evangelical Church.
