| Brian J. Ackley, age 36, of Sweet Home died on Friday. He was born in DesMoines, Iowa; the son of Wes and Margaret (Campbell) Ackley.
Brian lived in DeMoines until the age of five when his family moved to California. In 1994, he came to Oregon. Brian worked as an industrial welder for Entek in Lebanon.
He loved spending time with his children. He was happy in the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed spending time on his computer or watching an occasional movie. |

Brian is survived by his daughters, Sierra, Carolyn, Neve, and Brooke of Sweet Home; father and mother, Wes and Margaret Ackley of Sweet Home; siblings, Dee Dee Gebhardt of Frisco, Texas and Kevin Ackley of Carrollton, Texas.
A memorial service is planned for 3:30 p.m., Thursday, April 9, 2009 at the Victory Faith Fellowship at 1602 54th Ave. Foster, Oregon.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling services. |
