| Artis J. Wodtli, age 83, of Sweet Home passed away Thursday. She was born in Sligo, Missouri to Thomas B. and Rita J. (Chambers) Walker.
Artis lived in Sligo until 1934 when they moved to Camet, Oregon. From there, she moved to Petersburg, Alaska in 1948 where she worked as an EMT. She moved to Sweet Home in 1997.
Artis enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and quilting.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lucile Loux of Sweet Home and Louise Maxwell of Tacoma, Washington; brothers, Bill Walker of Montrose, Colorado and Bob and Mel Walker of Sweet Home; grandsons, Chase and Captaire Swofford; and five great grandchildren.
Artis is preceded by her husband, John Isom; son, Gary Swafford; and brother, Thomas R. (Toad) Walker.
Graveside service will be 2 pm Saturday, July 11th, at Gilliland Cemetery.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling services.
