| Nellie Neadean Mooso, age 76, a long-time resident of Crawfordsville, Oregon died Friday, July 17, 2009 at Providence Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. Nellie was born on January 11, 1933 in Crawfordsville; the daughter of Milton and Vivian (Robinette) Farley.
Nellie was a wonderful seamstress in her younger years. She was a loving wife and mother. As she grew older, she lovingly embraced being a grandmother and, later, a great grandmother. She was always a very capable and giving woman. She had the ability to enrich the lives of others and make others use their own talents. She will be missed by many that she touched in her lifetime.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Russell Borron, Theresa Pruitt, and Lorie Slaughenhaupt; sisters, Vida Barnes, LoRay DeWolf, and Pat Easling; brothers, Bob Fields and Matthew Farley; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Harman; sisters, Helen Robinette, Wanda Cross, and Violet Taylor; and brothers, Max Farley and Vernon Farley.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at Union Cemetery in Crawfordsville, Oregon.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling services.
