| Lovana Frances Stewart, age 81, of Sweet Home passed away Monday at Twin Oaks Rehabilitation. Lovana was born in Portsmouth, Ohio to George and Margaret (DeBord) Piatt.
She lived in Portsmouth, Ohio, San Jose, California, and Bend, Oregon before moving to Sweet Home in 2003. In California, she worked for Memorex where she spliced tapes. She was also a receptionist for Cannon.
She was a member of the Baptist Church. Her hobbies included creating silk flower arrangements and watching old movies.
Lovana is survived by her daughter, Regina Stewart, of Goodyear, Arizona and son, Randy Stewart, of Sweet Home, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Nellie Hurley and Icia Jakovich, and brother, Raleigh Pratt.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling services.
