| Charlene B. Crover, age 73, of Sweet Home passed away early Wednesday morning at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. She was born in Enloe, Texas to Hayden and Annie (Sanders) Brewer. She grew up in Enloe, and then moved to Sweet Home, Oregon in 1954. She met Howard in 1958, and they married August 3, 1959 in Bend, Oregon.
Charlene loved flowers and gardening. She collected dolls and miniature tea pots. She was a second ‘Mom’ to her children's’ friends, and was a friend to all. |

Charlene is survived by her husband, Howard; sons, Jimmie Crover of Sweet Home, Larry Gaylon Crover of Los Angeles, California, and Timothy Howard Crover of Sweet Home; siblings, Roy Brewer of DesMoines, Washington, Jerry Don Brewer of Gresham, Peggy Smith of LaGrande, Ann Cahill of Sherman, Texas, Hayden Brewer, Jr., of Abernecky , Texas, and Clydean Brewer of Whiteville, Tennesee; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Pauline, J.L., Marie, Coy, and Joe.
Viewing will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, October 4, at Sweet Home Evangelical Church. Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 5, at Sweet Home Evangelical Church.
