| Earl Jones, age 85, of Sweet Home passed away at home Thursday morning. He was born in Kennet, Missouri to Henry and Ollie (Walker) Jones.
He was married for 60 years to Betty Ruth (Byrd) Jones and they lived most of their life in Oregon.
Earl is survived by three sons, three daughters, 22 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, and one grandson.
His family will have private services at a later date.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling services.
