| Barbara "Jean" Cook, age 79, of Brownsville passed away Friday morning at her home. She was born in Anaconda, Montana; the daughter of Eldon and Elizabeth (Goulding) Gledhill.
Jean moved to Brownsville in 1977. She loved cooking and gardening.
She is survived by her husband, David Cook; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Daisy Goodrich; daughter and son-in-law, Suezanna and Glenn Robinson; daughters, Loretta Gilchrist, Linda Chant, Lil Coke, and Lois Kelly; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Jean was preceded in death by her father, Eldon Gledhill, in 1939; her mother, Beth; and son, David Coke, in 2000.
Viewing will be from 9:00-10:30 a.m., Thursday, October 29, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Brownsville. Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's research.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling services.
