| Virginia Ann Carrell, age 66, of Foster passed away Friday morning. She was born in Gainsville, Texas to James Robert and Edna Ella (Comer) Carrell.
She was a beautiful person and made a beautiful home. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her partner and best friend, Steve Neuschwander of Cascadia; son, Kenneth Morgan of Pleasanton, CA; sisters, Edna Spano and Bonnie Young of Lodi, CA; brothers, Bob Carrell and Jamie Carrell of Lodi, CA; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her sons, Steven Neuschwander, Jr., and Chris Morgan.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 15, 2010 at Cascadia Bible Church.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling services.
