Jani Rene (Friend) Cummings, 46, of Sweet Home died Sunday at her home. She was born in Banning, California to Raymond D. and Diane (Saluka) Friend. Jani moved to Oregon in her youth and chose to return to California as a teenager.
She loved to live, love, and laugh everyday. Jani enjoyed butterflies very much and now she is free with her own wings.
Jani is survived by: her father, Raymond Friend; daughters, Shawndra Moncada and Jessie Friend; brother, John Friend; sisters, Janice Christianson and Julie; and sister-in-law, Peggy Davis. She was preceded in death by her mother, Diana Friend.
