Mim retired from Samaritan Health Services in 2014, where she managed the cardiology department in Corvallis. She threw herself into her work, whether it be for her church, family, or for Samaritan.
Mim was an avid reader and gardener. She loved flowers. She was a tremendous cook and loved to bake and make special meals and treats for her family and friends. Mim was a wonderful hostess and loved to serve others in that way. She enjoyed spending time at whatever activities her granddaughters were interested in, as well.
